{"id":7615,"date":"2021-12-04T13:36:57","date_gmt":"2021-12-04T13:36:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.no-lockdown.com\/?p=7615"},"modified":"2021-12-04T13:36:57","modified_gmt":"2021-12-04T13:36:57","slug":"7615","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.no-lockdown.com\/index.php\/2021\/12\/04\/7615\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>U.S. Federal District Judge Allen Winsor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/judge-allen-winsor-pfizer-eua-comirnaty-vaccines-interchangeable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">has ruled<\/a>&nbsp;that Pfizer-BioNTech\u2019s Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) \u201cvaccine\u201d bearing emergency use authorization (EUA) is not interchangeable with the company\u2019s new Comirnaty injection, which was fully licensed by the&nbsp;<em>U.S. Food and Drug Administration<\/em>&nbsp;(FDA) back in August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the two injections contain different ingredients and are manufactured in different ways, Judge Winsor said that they are legally not the same, and that the EUA one&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalnews.com\/2021-09-08-no-forced-take-comirnaty-covid-vaccine-pfizer.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cannot be forced on people by the Department of Defense (DOD).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judge Winsor did, however, reject a preliminary injunction requested by 16 service members against the U.S. military\u2019s Chinese Virus injection mandate.
