Senior U.S. District Judge David A. Ezra said State Farm cannot be held liable to pay business interruption insurance on the COVID-19 virus claims. The lawsuit was brought by Shayne Brown, owner of Diesel Barbershop, Henley\u2019s Gentlemen\u2019s Grooming and Outlaws &amp; Gents Grooming.
